The business is profitable, growing, and investing in building a high-performing commercial team. As demand for the platform continues to increase, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help accelerate growth and build a scalable, high-quality sales function.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for the commercial team. You will identify and engage senior decision-makers across private equity, infrastructure, private credit, real estate, and venture capital firms. Working closely with Account Executives and leadership, you will build pipeline through targeted outbound activity and help position IMP Intelligence as the leading source of talent and compensation intelligence in private markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and research prospective clients across private markets firms globally
  • Build and manage targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including HR leaders, compensation professionals, talent leaders, COOs, CFOs, and managing partners
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and prospect engagement within the CRM
  • Develop a strong understanding of IMP Intelligence's products, clients, and value proposition

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, recruitment or a client-facing commercial role
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building relationships
  • Experience using Hubspot & Apollo and sales engagement tools is advantageous
  • Interest in financial services, private markets, or data and insights businesses is beneficial but not essential
