The Role As a Decision Analyst, you will: Analyse investment decision data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.

Present findings and recommendations to portfolio managers, helping them better understand and refine their decision-making processes.

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, communicating insights, and working at the intersection of data and investing.
You will likely have: Experience applying quantitative and statistical methods to financial or investment-related data.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data beyond the numbers.
Experience with statistical programming tools such as Python, R, or similar.
