We are seeking an Executive Assistant to senior investment team members. This role suits someone who is interested in contributing towards a world-class investment team in a high-performance environment. Operating a high-feedback, high-trust culture that prizes initiative, judgment, and outcomes over process.
Role objective: This is a varied role, where no two days will be the same. The scope of the role includes supporting a senior portfolio manager and their team of 4, getting hands-on with our Responsible Investing team, and providing ad-hoc administrative support to our Quant and Data teams. This role allows you to be involved in a number of areas, using your judgement to prioritise and make things run smoothly across the team. Specifically, it entails:
- Precise, proactive Executive Assistant-style support, including diary management, travel, and ad-hoc priorities - enabling our senior leaders to focus on what matters most.
- Organising investment research: Strengthening the team’s effectiveness by sourcing reports, tracking company management interactions, broker events, proxy voting and maintaining data.
- Keeping the team running smoothly: Keeping on top of essential administration for a number of different teams - scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, managing expenses, and registering for conferences.
- Stepping up when needed: Providing cover for our two other Administrators in the team as well as occasional support for the wider office.
- This role can involve taking on side-tasks that help make our team sharper and our environment more effective. Examples may include event planning, office services or other internal projects.
