Key duties:
- Key involvement in the origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across all subsectors
- Leading in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
- Playing an active role in the execution of mandates, taking increasing responsibilities on key workstreams and deliverables
- Commercially aware and able to act as client interface at senior level
- Excellent communication skills; impactful, and able to articulate complex issues in written and oral communication
