A global investment bank with a growing European Technology group is hiring to support an excellent pipeline and the continued traction they have in the market - they have already exceeded their 2026 budget.

As an Associate in the Technology M&A team, you will support new business development and advisory engagements. You will utilize your industry experience and analysis to support M&A activity, including evaluating financial statements, general economic and industry developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various attributes of publicly traded and private securities.

Associates are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help the continued growth of the business, while also working closely with analysts and the wider team to ensure high calibre execution and analysis in support of client work.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associate level experience in advisory / Corporate Finance (M&A or an Industry team) and able to boast a track record of M&A executions
  • Specific experience, including completion of sell sides mandates, in the Technology sector is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
  • Assist in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
