A highly successful US boutique is hiring within their Fintech sector team. They are an established dedicated Fintech team and hiring due to growth, sustained deal pipeline and an optimistic outlook.

Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.

Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas.

Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.

Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets.

Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a keen interest in specialising in Fintech M&A.

You will be an M&A Analyst (TMT, Tech, Fintech preferred) or be working in a Big 4/Top 6 accountancy firm and have accrued M&A and/or Financial Due Diligence experience - preferably with deal experience in Fintech or Tech (but this is not a requirement).

Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills.
