A highly successful US boutique is hiring within their Fintech sector team. They are an established dedicated Fintech team and hiring due to growth, sustained deal pipeline and an optimistic outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
  • Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas.
  • Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
  • Conducting industry research.
  • Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets.
  • Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a keen interest in specialising in Fintech M&A.
  • You will be an M&A Analyst (TMT, Tech, Fintech preferred) or be working in a Big 4/Top 6 accountancy firm and have accrued M&A and/or Financial Due Diligence experience - preferably with deal experience in Fintech or Tech (but this is not a requirement).
  • Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills.
  • High interpersonal skills to work in/across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients.
