Onsite roles reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Main responsibilities include:
- Building great relationships with customers and colleagues
- Providing personalised consultations using skincare, makeup and beauty products
- Meeting sales targets
- Communicating No7 offers and in-store promotions
- Completing the 12-month Skin School development programme
