Job Description:
To undertake re-slating and stripping of both slate and tiled roofs, renewal and repair of felt roofs, replacement and repair to leadwork, flashings and valleys, wet/dry dash harling, cement rendering work and repair/replacement of chimney copes and cans to the required standards and timescales, and in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, departmental policies and procedures.
Experience And Qualifications:
Relevant QualificationsServed modern apprenticeship/SVQ Level 3 or previous equivalent and passed skills test.Relevant trade qualifications.Driving LicenceAs the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*(*Where a disability precludes you from obtaining a driving licence, ELC will take into account its responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to allow for your disability.)
