Onsite roles reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Main responsibilities include:

  • Building great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Providing personalised consultations using skincare, makeup and beauty products
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Communicating No7 offers and in-store promotions
  • Completing the 12-month Skin School development programme

Lead your team – motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve great results.

Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profit improvement.
