This role is a leadership position working as part of a senior leadership team reporting to our Regional Supervisor. You will lead the delivery of the business strategy within your restaurant and play a key part in driving people focused, customer focused and commercial results.

As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and solve operational problems.
