The ability to deliver high quality roofing works. Ensure all relevant health and safety documentation such as risk assessments and the safe system of work for the tasks being undertaken are upheld. The ability to work outdoors and at height in various climates. The ability to follow a works instruction. Ensure timely completion of Building Services documentation. Operate and take care of tools and equipment. Proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate the successful completion of a recognised trade qualification (time served).
  • Candidates must have experience on large volume roofing renewal contracts involving concrete tile / rosemary and slate renewal.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate current health & safety knowledge.
  • Must hold current full UK driving licence.
