This post will include providing confidential administrative support; dealing with enquiries from a range of agencies; processing referrals, arranging initial assessments, and leading recruitment for courses for youths; preparing papers for meetings and training; tasks, materials and financial record keeping; data entry; stock control and ordering; arranging repairs and servicing for building; raising purchase orders, processing invoices and managing petty cash.

Giving visitors and clients a warm, professional welcome. Handling incoming calls and enquiries with confidence and care. Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks to keep things running smoothly. Keeping records and files organised and up to date. Helping to schedule meetings and appointments. Juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment with a calm, can-do attitude.

In this varied and hands-on role, you will support the finance function across a wide range of responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for housing-related enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Handle difficult calls and sensitive situations with tact, patience, and professionalism. Support tenants with housing applications, tenancy issues, and general advice. Maintain accurate records and update housing systems. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to resolve issues efficiently. Promote a positive and supportive environment for all service users.
