We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products. Whether you are a machine operative, mixing operative, technician, QC or key operative, you’ll always focus on safety, speed and accuracy. Using your previous experience in a manufacturing environment, you’ll always aim to deliver high-quality in a right first-time environment.

We currently have Fixed Term contracts of employment up to 29th October 2026. The opportunities are for Dayshift Production Operators, based in our manufacturing facility in Livingston, West Lothian. The successful candidates will progress quickly within our grading structure and have the opportunity to gain a skilled role and increase their salary. There are also further opportunities to apply for Permanent roles within the business. We will encourage, train and support you to reach your potential within our organisation. To succeed as a Warehouse Operative you’ll be someone who can put people at the heart of everything you do, building relationships with your team and acting quickly to help our customers. This is a hands-on job for people who enjoy tackling big challenges as part of a team, who like to stay active and who love to see their work make a visible difference.

As part of a fun, close-knit team, you’ll pick stock for specific stores and load them onto the right pallets – ready for our Drivers to collect. Receiving instructions through a headset, you’ll need to be on the ball and pay close attention to details that matter, such as store numbers. It also means always checking that the relevant paperwork is accurate. Our twilight shifts could be working in our Ambient or Chiller department (dependent on location). Shifts for these positions start later on in the afternoon/evening and run until the early hours of the morning. We do things our own way at Aldi, but whatever we’re doing we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we’re opening new stores at lightning speed. And without the great teams at our warehouses, there’d be no products in those stores.

With bags of initiative, you’ll help us run a clean and efficient Regional Distribution Centre. As a competent team member, you’ll operate forklift trucks to ensure that store orders are loaded efficiently. You’ll also control the standards and organisation of our returnable equipment department, and contribute to the success of our recycling operation. We do things our own way at Aldi, but whatever we’re doing we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we’re opening new stores at lightning speed.
