You will be at the heart of our hospitality operation, ensuring every bar service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Deliver seamless bar operations across match days, conferences, exhibitions, and special events. Lead, brief, and coordinate bar teams, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance. Manage bar stock, ordering, and controls to stay within budget while maintaining quality. Oversee cash handling procedures, including till operations and reconciliation.

As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking for a highly self‑motivated Deputy Store Manager. In this role you will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will be a key member of the senior management team within the store, reporting to the Store Manager.

As an Assistant Manager you will ensure that the store is well merchandised and continually look at ways to develop and improve business performance within the Departments that you are responsible for. Working closely with the Store Manager you will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a coaching management style, being clear, open and honest.

As the Head of Business Assurance and Performance at HMP Addiewell, you will play a vital role in delivering operational excellence and supporting the strategic direction of the prison. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving compliance, performance, and assurance across the establishment, working collaboratively with key departments including Finance, HR, Facilities, and Health & Safety.

A thriving events programme means that you’ll also be tasked to work on events, from private dinners to major brand activations, wedding receptions to cooking contests, and with brands and organisations ranging from Bowmore to Bruichladdich, Edinburgh Beer Factory to Fierce Beer, Scotland Food & Drink to Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce.

Our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Liaising with the back office and work colleagues as required.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Hire Manager to support our Hire Manager. In this role, you will be based at the Branch, taking responsibility for the day to day service to customers and supervision of Hire based colleagues. You will be friendly and approachable with an eye for detail, and able to keep the Branch running smoothly in the absence of the Hire Manager. You will proactively identify sales leads and support the Hire Manager to grow the business.

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Help manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Train and mentor new staff and existing staff to company policy guidelines and standards. Handle cash & POS Systems.
