The predicted salary is between 24900 - 25700 £ per year.

It’s an exciting time to join us as we are expanding our voids team and increasing our in-house resource to carry out repairs & maintenance activities to bring the properties to lettable standard for reletting. The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!

The ability to carry out all types of joinery building maintenance and refurbishment work:

  • Installation of kitchens
  • Installation of windows and doors
  • Full working knowledge of wood working machines including cross cut, wall saw and planer
  • The ability to follow a works instruction
  • Ensure a high standard of customer care

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Time served Joiner
  • Experience of use of wood working machines and of working in a busy workshop
  • Building Maintenance or Construction Experience
  • Customer Care Skills
  • Must hold current full UK driving licence
  • Proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision

DESIRABLE:

  • PASMA lightweight scaffolding certification
  • Experience of woodworm and remedial treatment
