It’s an exciting time to join us as we are expanding our voids team and increasing our in-house resource to carry out repairs & maintenance activities to bring the properties to lettable standard for reletting. The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!
The ability to carry out all types of joinery building maintenance and refurbishment work:
- Installation of kitchens
- Installation of windows and doors
- Full working knowledge of wood working machines including cross cut, wall saw and planer
- The ability to follow a works instruction
- Ensure a high standard of customer care
Experience And Qualifications:
- Time served Joiner
- Experience of use of wood working machines and of working in a busy workshop
- Building Maintenance or Construction Experience
- Customer Care Skills
- Must hold current full UK driving licence
- Proactive in identifying ways of improving service provision
DESIRABLE:
- PASMA lightweight scaffolding certification
- Experience of woodworm and remedial treatment
