Job Description:
As Hygiene Operative, your key duties will include:Operating power-washing equipmentStripping/cleaning/rebuilding machines, ensuring they are available to be used by production as neededParticipate in the routine cleaning of the equipment and machinery within the manufacturing facility, including manual handling, lifting and moving machinery and equipment, to ensure that all appliances are thoroughly cleanedTo maintain a clean, safe and tidy environment throughout the factoryTo ensure safe working practices are always adopted in accordance with Safety, Health and Environmental policies, procedures and legislationTo strictly follow detailed scheduled cleaning proceduresEnsure cleaning chemicals and equipment are stored correctly and safelyComplete all necessary records timely and accuratelyUse cleaning chemicals and detergents safely and correctlyAny other duties as requested by the Manager/Team Leader
