Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our experienced team. Ratho Park is a private members club and as such we ensure a memorable experience in our establishment for not only our members but our visitors as well. The ideal candidates do not necessarily require hospitality experience as full training will be given. In terms of workings ranging from 16 hours to 24 hours and in winter will reduce.ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding guest services by addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.Support bartending operations by preparing beverages and serving drinks to members and visitors as required.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow during busy periods.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and service stations.Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.Participate in catering events as needed.
