Responsible for coordination of capital works project delivery across Scotland through vetted and accredited supply chain. Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution. Deliver life cycle and capital investment programmes in a range of workstreams such as building fabric, roofing and planned life cycle replacement of key infrastructure. Effective programme management of all project activity and designation to correct delivery team. Carry out pre-start meetings, technical inspections, formal handovers, building walkarounds and pro-actively identify tasks ensuring that all works are delivered to the required quality/industry standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Management experience in the Project Management arena managing hard services projects is essential.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the legislative requirements that impact on the client’s property.
- Knowledge of NEC4 TSC framework beneficial but not necessary.
- Relevant H&S qualifications for the position (IOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
- Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
- Security Clearance to NPPV/1 will be a mandatory requirement of this role.
- Full driving licence essential.
