The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for enquiries received for Living Wage Scotland, and will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and professional handling of general enquiries, alongside appropriate referral and escalation of enquiries. Enquiries will present mainly via email, website, telephone, and face to face (for example at events).
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administration support to the Poverty Alliance activities. This will include events organisation, supporting colleagues from inception to delivery of events as well as post event reporting and analysis. Events taking place both in person and online.
