Job Description:
Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies across leisure, corporate, and group segments.Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing to inform dynamic rate strategies.Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.Oversee inventory and distribution across all channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility.Manage relationships with OTA and GDS partners, aligning content and pricing strategies.Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to align revenue plans with promotional activity.Ensure optimal use and configuration of RMS, PMS, and CRS systems, maintaining data integrity and functionality.

Experience And Qualifications:
Essential Experience & Skills3–5 years in a revenue management role within luxury hospitality (4-star deluxe or 5-star level).Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of RevPAR, ADR, RGI, and forecasting techniques.Experience managing multi-property revenue strategies and distribution channels.Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and CRS systems (e.g., Opera, Ideas, SynXis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PreferredExperience with STR, OTA Insight, and other market intelligence tools.Familiarity with UK and international luxury travel markets.Confidence in presenting data-driven strategies to senior leadership
