Job Description:
This is a hands-on role, where you will recruit, train and manage a team responsible for the cleanliness, quality and safety of our motorhomes and campervans.DutiesCrew Management:Build and maintain strong working relationships through regular meetings and clear communicationRecruit and induct new crewImplement training plansPerformance managementProcess evaluationOperational:Coordinate, prioritise and schedule operational activities to ensure the timely delivery of clean and safe vehicles. This will include – Cleaning, Inspections, Quality Checks and Basic vehicle maintenance.Solve day to day problems and implement plans to ensure minimal delay in vehicle preparationMaintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience And Qualifications:
Experience in Valet/Cleaning and Management is preferred.Full UK driver’s license with more than two years’ experience.Ability to demonstrate our company values in the work you do each day.Good attention to detail and understanding of systems, processes and their importance.Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building skills.Ability to train and provide feedback to employees to create a strong workforce.Resilient and flexible, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment.Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to regroup at short notice.Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.Ability to work physically and effectively.
