Onsite roles reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Main responsibilities include building great relationships with customers and colleagues, providing personalised consultations using skincare, makeup and beauty products, meeting sales targets, communicating No7 offers and in-store promotions, and completing the 12-month Skin School development programme.
