Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls from prospective guests with a view to following through to a booking.
- Be a fountain of knowledge about locations, features, prices etc., describing the benefits and tailoring the information to each potential guest. Keeping up to date with the latest offers and promotions provided by marketing activity.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and care when dealing with customer information.
- An element of outbound calls to existing guests adding extra value to bookings.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably telephone based, with a passion for working to business sales forecasts.
- Computer literate with a good grasp of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in English.
- Friendly and customer focused.
- Team focused but can work on own initiative.
