Onsite roles reporting to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. Main responsibilities include building great relationships with customers and colleagues, providing personalised consultations using skincare, makeup and beauty products, meeting sales targets, communicating No7 offers and in-store promotions, and completing the 12-month Skin School development programme.

Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profit improvement.

To be successful in these roles you will have retail management experience, drive sales, improve store performance, meet KPI targets, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a coaching management style. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to high standards while taking corrective action when necessary.
