You'll be at the heart of our hospitality operation, ensuring every bar service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Deliver seamless bar operations across match days, conferences, exhibitions, and special events. Lead, brief, and coordinate bar teams, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and performance. Manage bar stock, ordering, and controls to stay within budget while maintaining quality. Oversee cash handling procedures, including till operations and reconciliation.
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Hire Manager to support our Hire Manager. In this role, you will be based at the Branch, taking responsibility for the day to day service to customers and supervision of Hire based colleagues. You will be friendly and approachable with an eye for detail, and able to keep the Branch running smoothly in the absence of the Hire Manager. You will proactively identify sales leads and support the Hire Manager to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Help manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Train and mentor new staff and existing staff to company policy guidelines and standards.
