Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join our team on advanced construction projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating excavators ranging from 5 to 30+ tonnes, with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency in high-spec or technically demanding environments such as infrastructure, commercial developments, utilities, or heavy civil engineering.Operate a 360-degree excavator to perform tasks such as trenching, grading, site preparation, and material loading.Excavate in confined spaces or around live services with precision and safety.Perform digging operations according to engineering drawings, site plans, and ground markings.Ensure daily maintenance and inspection of the machine, reporting defects or safety issues.Work alongside groundworkers, banksmen, and other trades as required.Follow all health and safety protocols, including site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).Adhere to project deadlines and qu

Experience And Qualifications:
CPCS or NPORS certification for 360 Excavator (Above and Below 10 tonnes, including lifting operations if required).Minimum 3+ years of proven experience operating 360 excavators on complex construction projects.Familiarity with GPS machine control systems (preferred).Knowledge of underground services and safe digging practices.Ability to read and interpret site plans and excavation drawings.Strong safety record and understanding of UK health and safety regulations.Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
