A global wealth management platform is seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for their flagship product, CLMi. This is a high-impact role focused on new business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth.
As the Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of their SaaS revenues, owning the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and positioning CLMi as the preferred CLM solution for private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales pipeline for CLMi, from initial outreach to final negotiation.
- Hit and exceed revenue targets through new client wins and expanding existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, identifying needs and aligning solutions.
- Input into go-to-market plans, campaigns, and account-based strategies with marketing and product teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting to ensure visibility and strategic forecasting.
- 5–7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, regtech, or enterprise software.
- A strong sales track record, consistently hitting targets and managing complex deal cycles.
- Expertise in consultative selling, understanding client challenges and aligning value propositions.
- Skilled at navigating enterprise clients, especially within financial services or wealth management.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), and confident in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Familiarity with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience selling into private banks, wealth managers, or asset managers.
- A network in the French financial services market.
- Fluent in French and English – able to lead sales conversations with local and international clients.
