About Us: Contender Media Group is a dynamic and fast-growing media company with a diverse portfolio of businesses. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover support to our CEO.
Role Overview: As the Temporary Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s schedule and priorities are managed effectively. This role will also involve supporting other directors and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the CEO, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely responses to key communications.
- Administrative Support: Offer administrative assistance to the CEO and company director as required.
- Finance Administration: Coordinate and process payment runs and invoices across the group, liaising with the CEO where needed to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Project Coordination: Support the CEO and external Dev Team in the planning and execution of projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met on Asana.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Complete various ad-hoc tasks and personal assistance duties for the CEO as required.
- General Office Management: Assist with other administrative duties to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the businesses.
About You:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role, ideally at C-suite level.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in GSuite, Slack and project management tools such as Asana.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a remote fast-paced, dynamic environment.
