Role Overview We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Associate to join our investment team as one of the founding members of a newly formed early-stage VC. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with founders, support due diligence processes, and grow into independently leading investment opportunities. We welcome applicants with a strong background in life sciences and experience in biotech/pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment advisory. Key Responsibilities Contribute to and help lead due diligence efforts – across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial areas; Translate complex scientific and market insights into clear investment recommendations for the Investment Committee; Support deal structuring, negotiation, and ongoing portfolio company engagement; Participate in industry events, scientific conferences, and ecosystem networking; Build and nurture relationships with founders, scientific leaders, and fellow investors. Qualifications Experience in biotech/pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment consulting; Interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and advancing innovation in healthcare; Experience collaborating with startups or early-stage teams is a plus.
