Key Responsibilities:
- Managing & improving the collections of their ledger.
- Allocating cash.
- Sending copy invoices and statements.
- Monitoring the shared inbox.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Maintain and repair relationships with customers.
- Contribute to the team's objective of minimising the aged debt.
