- Transport / RailResponsibilities:Maintain and update integrated project plans, schedules, and dependencies (MS Project)Providing suitable PM challenge on variances associated with delays, duration changes and tasks that are not on-track.Ensure all project variances/discrepancies are recorded within MSP.Maintain a project start baseline and a weekly baseline position.Lead planning and risk review discussions with stakeholders.Provide suitable PM challenge on the project risks and update the risks according.Present plan updates at the TOC weekly meeting.Produce high-level/detailed plan views for various stakeholder (e.g.
