The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the commercial finance agenda across the business, providing strategic guidance and financial leadership to support ambitious growth plans across the UK and international markets. You will play a critical role in:
- Driving commercial performance and profitability across key customer channels
- Influencing pricing, promotions, and investment decisions
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Delivering insightful analysis to support executive decision-making
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies

About You
We are seeking an engaging and forward-thinking finance leader who combines strong technical capability with exceptional commercial acumen. You will ideally bring:
- Significant senior-level finance experience within Media, Tech, consumer goods, retail, or a related fast-paced environment
- Proven experience business partnering with commercial and operational leadership teams
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence at Board level
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A track record of driving performance improvement and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
