Project

• Building and optimising supplier content on Coupa to ensure seamless integration and usability
• Leading supplier onboarding and enablement, ensuring compliance with procurement policies
• Training and upskilling internal teams and external suppliers on Coupa functionalities and best practices
• Managing system enhancements and troubleshooting issues, working closely with IT and procurement teams
• Driving user adoption and engagement, providing ongoing support and guidance
