About the Company

You will be joining a global manufacturing organisation operating across multiple international markets. The business is highly customer-focused, with a strong emphasis on delivering seamless digital experiences and continuous improvement across the customer journey. As part of a central Customer Experience function, you’ll work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that prioritises innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation at scale.

About the Role

As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you will lead the global optimisation development capability, driving improvements in digital performance through A/B testing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing relationships with optimisation platforms.
  • Embedding best-practice testing frameworks.
  • Enabling business units to scale their experimentation programmes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Defining optimisation roadmaps.
  • Leading test ideation.
  • Ensuring consistent governance across all testing activity.
  • Managing and developing a team of optimisation specialists.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in conversion optimisation and digital customer journeys.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or experimentation-led roles.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely or similar platforms).
  • Technical capability in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building and prioritising digital roadmaps focused on customer experience.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across markets.
  • Previous team management or leadership experience.
  • Experience in a customer-centric or e-commerce environment.
  • A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement will be highly beneficial.
