Up to £1050 per day - Inside IR35 Remote / Must be UK based 6 months
Key Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance and UK Passport holder.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Proven experience providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting production issues.
- Strong understanding of compensation, reward and incentive management processes.
- Experience configuring compensation templates, worksheets, statements, budgets and guidelines.
- Expertise with Template Provisioning, Route Maps, workflows and compensation cycles.
- Experience with eligibility rules, business rules, bonus plans and proration logic.
- Knowledge of custom fields, calculated columns, lookup functions and currency conversion.
- Ability to work closely with business, HR and integration teams in a client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
