We are partnering with a leading creative institution seeking a Strategy Manager to help shape and deliver an ambitious long-term strategy within the University. With a new executive team and a refreshed vision, this is a unique opportunity to join a new department focused on change and strategic planning, dedicated to delivering meaningful, purpose-led transformation.

This is a really exciting time to be a part of this collaborative Strategy & Planning team working across all departments β€” from academic faculties to central services β€” to refresh and reset the 10 year strategy, turning their bold ideas into a reality for 2032.

The Role

  • Leading on the planning and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Managing planning cycles
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align and deliver key priorities

  • Background in strategy, consultancy, and project management across a range of sectors, both academic and commercial
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complexity
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, able to influence at all levels
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for social purpose
