Following a positive period of change in 2025, the business is now seeking to recruit an International Financial Controller as the company embarks on their next phase of growth in 2026. Based out of their UK HQ in Hertfordshire and supporting the CFO, senior leadership team and International subsidiaries, the role will manage a small finance team in all elements of core finance and projects.
You will require sound commercial judgement as you become a key decision maker and contribute to strategic initiatives, challenge and improve decision making and develop management information, key reporting, financial/business analysis and wider controls across the team. This highly diverse role will take full ownership for a key brand within the group, driving all aspects of financial/management accounting as well as finance & operational projects and business improvements.
The client is looking to hire a post qualified senior manager/controller (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience working within a growing corporate business or International Group. Those with experience of UK & US GAAP would hold a distinct advantage. The business are looking for positive, passionate individuals with strong communication and sound ability to drive, influence and improve all those around them.
