We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly recognisable, multi-site international brand undergoing positive transformation and commercial growth. They are now seeking an exceptional Head of FP&A to take full ownership of long-term planning, performance insight and strategic decision support across both UK and Group operations. This is a role with genuine influence, visibility and impact.
You’ll work directly with the Director of Finance, shaping the financial narrative of a major organisation and acting as a key voice in strategic discussions with C-suite and operational leaders. You’ll lead and develop a talented team of five, embedding best-in-class FP&A capability and driving improvements across BI, reporting and data-driven decision making.
You’ll take ownership of the full budgeting and forecasting cycle, with a strong focus on pricing, overheads and customer profitability. Your remit will span both FP&A and Commercial Finance, giving you the platform to challenge thinking, refine processes and influence decisions that shape the future direction of the business.
This role suits a confident, forward-thinking finance leader, someone currently operating as a Senior Manager or FP&A Lead who is ready to step into a broader, more strategic position. You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior FP&A or Commercial Finance experience, ideally gained in a multi-site or high-growth environment. International exposure is beneficial but not essential.
What matters most is the ability to see the bigger picture, maintain exceptional accuracy, juggle multiple priorities and inspire those around you. Strong systems knowledge, excellent Excel capability and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset are key.
In return, you’ll be given full autonomy, significant senior exposure and the platform to progress to the next level. The business offers a flexible hybrid model, with around three days a week in their Hertfordshire office, and a competitive package including car allowance and bonus. You’ll be joining a collaborative culture where innovation is encouraged and achievement is recognised.
For ambitious finance leaders seeking a role with genuine strategic influence and the chance to make a measurable impact across a business experiencing positive change, this is an outstanding opportunity.
