Investigo are thrilled to be partnering with an incredible International NGO on their search for a part-time Senior HR Advisor to play a key role in supporting during an exciting time of growth and strategic alignment. This unique, UK-based NGO is dedicated to supporting children affected by conflict around the world. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team in a job share capacity, providing expert HR advice and building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across the growing organisation. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, and job sharing with another long-standing Senior HR Advisor, you’ll take a collaborative, business partnering approach to help shape and drive HR projects and initiatives, as well as delivering seamless operational support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to provide high-quality advice on people management, policies, and decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation to support fundraising teams in their strategic goals.
  • Lead on HR projects, including enhancing leadership capability, supporting DEI action plans, and refining operational processes.
  • Handle employee relations cases with a pragmatic and empathetic approach.
  • Coach new and experienced managers to enhance their people management skills.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings extensive, hands-on HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Is confident managing risks, complex employee relations, and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • Excels at building relationships remotely and proactively identifies opportunities to add value.
  • Adopts a collaborative, results-driven approach and is responsive while maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Has the ability to work seamlessly in a job share, bringing maturity and flexibility to the partnership.
