Backed by a leading investor, the business combines a multi-site, asset-backed operating model with clear ambitions for both organic expansion and strategic M&A. This is a newly created, high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, improve visibility of performance, and support value creation initiatives.
The Head of FP&A will be responsible for building and leading best-in-class financial planning, analysis, and performance management capabilities across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process
- Developing robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment cases
- Delivering insightful analysis on operational performance, including key drivers such as volume, pricing, and cost base
- Partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to improve financial visibility and accountability
- Supporting the executive team and investors with high-quality reporting and board materials
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and data quality
- Playing a key role in evaluating growth initiatives, including potential M&A opportunities
