My client is seeking a Director of Performance Analytics to build their first fully integrated performance reporting platform. Today, product, commercial, and finance teams all generate insights - but not a unified view. This role exists to create it.
You will connect financial, operational, and CRM data into a single source of truth, own the KPI framework, and deliver automated dashboards that senior leaders rely on to run the business. The role is hands‑on across SQL, cloud data platforms, Power BI, and modern analytics tooling.
What You’ll Do
- Build integrated data pipelines across finance systems, cloud data platforms, and CRM.
- Extend the unified data model with financial fact and dimension tables.
- Create joined‑up views of customer, partner, and business‑unit performance.
- Work with data engineering to enable natural‑language analytics tools.
- Own the KPI framework and deliver executive‑ready dashboards in Power BI.
- Implement automated KPI alerts and enable self‑service analytics.
- Partner with FP&A, commercial finance, and analytics teams to align reporting.
