You will be joining a fast-growing Consultancy business as their Audit Associate on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit and high-performing team, you will work closely alongside two Audit Associates and report directly into the Audit Manager. This role is fully remote but there will be quarterly in-person team meetings in London.
Role Responsibilities
- Support and deliver Audit work across a portfolio of media and advertising businesses.
- Build trusted relationships and understand how each agency operates.
- Produce clear, practical outputs that stakeholders can use.
- Plan and deliver Audit assignments from scoping through to reporting, with support from the Audit Manager and wider team.
- Build a strong understanding of agency revenue models, cost bases, commercial arrangements, and control environments.
- Write concise, high-quality Audit findings and recommendations that drive real-world improvements.
- Manage your time effectively in a remote environment and contribute to team learning and knowledge-sharing.
Role Requirements
- Recent graduate with a strong desire to start a career in Audit, final-year Trainee with first-time passes to date, or at least two years' experience in finance or internal Audit within a media or advertising agency.
- Comfortable working from home, with the ability to attend quarterly face-to-face team meetings in London.
- Logical mindset with tenacity, resilience, and the ability to adapt as requirements change.
- Solid integrity and strong social resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine interest in developing deep knowledge of the advertising and media industry.
- Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
