6 months Remote/Sheffield 2/3 days per week Inside IR35
Provide second‐line Oracle support, resolving escalated incidents efficiently.
Test and validate Oracle Fusion change requests to ensure safe deployment.
Develop and maintain OTBI reports, dashboards, and SQL extracts for accurate insights.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organisational policies.
Manage user access (roles, licences, permissions) following least‐privilege principles.
Support quarterly system updates, including testing, issue resolution, and post‐release validation.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with effective stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, detail‐focused, and able to perform under pressure.
- Experience resolving complex issues through cross‐team collaboration.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar enterprise HR systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, APIs, OCI) and strong SQL skills.
- Understanding of data models, system security, and data privacy standards.
- Comfortable working in Agile or DevOps environments.
