Role Overview

As SVP Technology Operations & Cloud Services, you will take ownership of the businesses global technology operations, shaping a resilient, scalable and highly disciplined service environment that underpins the business’s continued growth. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead end-to-end operational excellence across infrastructure, cloud platforms and service management, bringing clarity, control and consistency to a complex, distributed technology estate. Leading a globally distributed leadership team, you will instil strong accountability across internal teams and managed service partners, ensuring clear ownership of service health and operational outcomes. This is a high-impact executive role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership, with direct influence on platform resilience, customer trust and the overall performance of the business.

Key Requirements

  • Experience leading enterprise-scale global technology operations (cloud, hybrid, infrastructure)
  • Proven ability to stabilise and transform operational environments
  • Strong grounding in ITSM, incident and change management
  • Track record managing major incidents and improving service reliability
  • Experience leading large teams and third-party providers
  • Ability to drive operational discipline, governance and proactive risk management
  • Commercial mindset with exposure to high-growth or PE-backed environments
  • Strong stakeholder presence at CTO and executive level
