Investigo Recruitment offers a flexible basic salary plus commission (up to 42.5%) in the City of London (hybrid, 4.5 day work week). Investigo are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role, you will be a part of our London Technology & Transformation Practice. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business.
This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel in your recruitment career. This is an opportunity to join a profitable and established desk, with proven reoccurring contract revenue.
The Role:
- You will be handling the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare.
- You will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes.
- This includes:
- Candidate identification and interviews
- Advising and feeding back to candidates
- Attending client meetings
- Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
- Lead generation through relationship building
- New business development
- Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity
What we are looking for:
- This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more experience, ideally recruiting into technology markets, however this is not necessary.
- Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting.
- Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment.
- You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture led and values every single member of the team.
- Have excellent communication and level of professionalism.
Career Progression and Training:
You will begin your role with Investigo with full end to end recruitment training to develop on your already established knowledge. You will have the support of your team and our learning and development function. This includes:
- 121 training with your team and manager
- In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
- Online models to bolster your learning
