  • Own Planning & Coordination: Maintain programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and delivery documentation, ensuring strong control over timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Enable Governance & Reporting: Produce clear, concise reporting for governance boards, steering groups, and senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
  • Engage & Influence Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across academic and professional services, facilitating workshops, meetings, and design sessions to drive progress and alignment.
  • Collaborate Across Workstreams: Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to track progress, clarify deliverables, and ensure outputs meet agreed standards.
  • Support Implementation: Coordinate the rollout of new processes, structures, and ways of working, working with HR, Finance, Communications, and Digital & Technology teams to ensure successful adoption.
  • Track Benefits & Outcomes: Monitor delivery against plans, track benefits realisation, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Contribute to Programme Excellence: Support the development of programme frameworks, tools, and standards, sharing best practice and strengthening delivery capability across the wider programme.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and facilitating workshops.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
