We are working in partnership with a financial services organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth following their recent acquisition. This collaborative, ambitious HR team are seeking a Senior HR Analyst to join their London team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead on all HR reporting and analytics, as well as handling wider HR operations and administration. This well-rounded role involves everything from data reporting for the HR team and ExCo, as well as supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving continuous improvement and efficiencies in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and improving HR reports, identifying errors, and ensuring accuracy.
- Leveraging tools such as Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to create dashboards and enhance data presentation.
- Managing the local day-to-day usage of a bespoke Oracle HR system.
- Providing administrative support, including the management of a HR inbox, processing new joiners, movers, and leavers, reference requests and minute-taking.
- Supporting the HR team in training, development, and broader HR initiatives.
- Collaborating on data-driven projects to optimise HR operations during this period of organisational growth and system transition.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with strong HR operational experience. Key skills include:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables essential).
- Previous experience in financial/professional services or other corporate environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle a mix of analytical and administrative duties.
- Experience in managing HR data and reporting with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
This is an urgent hire, with interviews aiming to take place ASAP in person at their Marylebone office. This will be a structured two-stage process. Candidates must be available for an immediate start (1 month notice maximum) and have full, unrestricted work rights.
