Due to ongoing success and growth within a Global leader, a newly created opportunity has arisen to support the Group Finance function, sitting closely with the M&A team. The Sr. FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes of the organization. This position is responsible for preparing insightful financial analyses, forecasts, and board presentations, while providing day-to-day financial decision support to business units. The role combines analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking to support management in achieving the group's financial and operational goals.
Key Stakeholders: Corporate CFO and BU Heads of Finance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business plans.
- Collaborate with business units to prepare and consolidate detailed operating budgets, capital expenditure plans, and financial forecasts.
- Develop, maintain and update budget models, templates, and assumptions to ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy across all divisions.
