Base pay range Senior Finance Manager | High-growth SaaS | Immediate start London | Hybrid | £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and Equity I’m currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth SaaS business. Led by an impressive leadership team, they’re now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own core finance operations and help build a best-in-class function as the company continues to scale. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will take full ownership of the finance function. This is a broad and high-impact role, combining technical rigour with commercial responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and the production of board packs Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling processes across the business Own cash flow management, working capital forecasting, and scenario planning Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, and growth strategy Manage the preparation of investor reports, SaaS KPIs, and support due diligence processes Implement scalable financial processes and systems to support international growth What we’re looking for: 2–4 years’ experience in finance ops, ideally in SaaS or tech Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance Hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking Impactful role in a scaling SaaS business Smart, collaborative team
